We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

At JamInc, your satisfaction is our priority. We believe in honesty and transparency, and we welcome returns as they help us enhance our products and services. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we encourage you to request a return, exchange, or refund. Your feedback allows us to better meet your expectations.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning a JamInc garment is as easy as placing an order. Simply reach out to us via:

Important Notes on Returns

  • Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, certain products are non-returnable. However, defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.
  • If your product has a manufacturing defect, Simply reach out to us using the same email address or phone number you used to place the order.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 2-3 days:

  1. Online Payment Orders
    • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-6 business days after we receive the returned item.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
    • Share your bank details via WhatsApp (+91 9370530580).
    • Refunds will be processed via UPI or IMPS within 2-3 days after receiving the return.
  3. Store Credit Option
    • Instead of a refund, you can opt for store credit to use for future purchases.
  4. Returns for Orders Below ₹500
    • Customers must cover the return shipping cost or self-ship the item to us.

Return Guidelines & Conditions

  • If an incorrect product is returned via reverse pickup, a refund or exchange will not be possible.
  • Customers must record a video of the return package being packed by the delivery person.
  • For orders valued under ₹1000, free reverse pickup is not available. Customers must self-ship the product.
  • Custom shirts cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made to order.
  • We offer one-time complimentary size exchange, product exchange, or return & refund. Additional returns are not allowed.
  • If you exchange a shirt and later request a return, the return will not be processed.

Important Notice

  • We record all calls for quality and reference.
  • Any abusive language or misconduct will result in the product being non-returnable and non-refundable. Your calls may also be blocked.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, after receiving the product, you may request a return if needed.

Damages

  • If an item is delivered without tags, contact our customer service immediately.
  • Do not accept a package if it appears unsealed or damaged.
